As mentioned, some of the most prominent players on the mammography market are Fuji, Hologic, GE, and Siemens.
Fuji is majorly popular because of their Amulet series. In this family, there are several digital options, such as the Amulet S. They also have a great 3D system – the Amulet Innovality.
Another strong brand is Hologic with systems such as Selenia 2D machines and the Dimension 2D or 3D. Dimension is the newer and more enhanced version of the Selenia.
GE’s two main series are the Senographe Essential and the Senographe Pristina. They come in both 2D and 3D. The GE systems are excellent for biopsies, but this is something that needs to be added.
