Our Unique Imaging Service Training Program
Custom and Corporate Training Program: This program is custom-built to align with the specific needs of your organization, its personnel, and the diagnostic equipment used. We work in tandem with your staff to forge a detailed and effective training plan that addresses your specific educational requirements.
Integrated Training Program: Designed for experienced imaging engineers, this program is guided by mentors and merges our Interactive Virtual Training Academy (IVTA) with traditional equipment training. Participants engage in four hours of online theory-based learning each day during the initial week. This structure frees up subsequent time for more practical, hands-on training in our state-of-the-art imaging facilities during the second week.
BioMed to Imaging Academy: Initiated in 2022 in response to significant demand, this course caters to biomeds who are ready to take the next step into imaging equipment service.

Our Integrated Training Methods
Combining in-person imaging service training and the Interactive Virtual Training Academy (IVTA).
In-Person Training
Our in-person training sessions are conducted at our world-class training center located in Appleton, Wisconsin. This facility boasts 17 training bays designed to mimic clinical environments, featuring 27 fully operational imaging systems. Additionally, the center is equipped with two modern classrooms and a cafeteria/kitchen area, all at your disposal throughout your training period.
Interactive Virtual Training Academy
The IVTA offers live, online training on imaging equipment directly with your instructor, no pre-recorded videos, and text quizzes in favor of real-time interaction as in-person sessions. This training solution is tailored to the modern imaging engineer’s needs, ensuring direct access to instructors, opportunities for interaction with fellow trainees, and live engagement with classroom tools like the whiteboard.
Participants achieve the same comprehensive training and earn equivalent AAMI CEUs as in-person attendees. All that’s required is a computer, a quiet space, and the installation of our dedicated app.
