Where do you ship parts to?
Globally. The same goes for systems. We ship parts worldwide and we can arrange packing and shipping for you. The cost will vary depending on the size of the part and the destination. Therefore, we will specify the costs case by case. Our two locations:

Being based in the US and EU means that parts are closer to you so that your systems are back up and running faster.
Can you ship directly to a third party (such as a hospital) if necessary?

Until what time can I send you an order so it can be processed the same day?

We provide next day delivery in Europe (DirectMed in the US). European deadline for orders with partsthat are in stock and can be shipped out the same day: 16:00. For orders through OEMs 15:00.

We mainly deal with GE, Canon/Toshiba, Siemens and Philips, although through our large network wecan support you on all brands.
